I just want say a huge thank you to Julia for everything.

I came to Julia when I was feeling low, dark and lost. I felt the weight of the world on my shoulders, with nowhere or no-one to talk to about certain aspects of my sadness, anger, projection and hurt.

I can’t believe the amount of personal progress I’ve made over our sessions. Julia has a very warm and welcoming approach. A safe space with no judgment and nothing but understanding and open ears. After each session, Julia provided me with something to take as food for thought, she also gave me the tools to help me cope and manage with the things I found most difficult.

Julia’s help has allowed me to swim above water, rather than feel as like I’m drowning and gasping for air. Julia’s help made me realise that I’m worthy and I matter.

As a people pleaser that would suffer with guilt and low self-esteem, Julia’s therapy has allowed me to understand the why. This has truly helped me progress in my personal and professional life. I can joyously say that I now have the strategies to help me tackle guilt and people pleasing. I have learnt what it means, and how to pour into my own cup. I’m also equipped with so many tools, allowing me to work through the overwhelming parts of life.

Therapy with Julia has also allowed me to refocus and know what’s important to me. I’ve also taken goal setting strategies to help me keep on track and I have a clear plan of how to manage my mental health.

Julia, I can’t thank you enough. Our sessions always left me feeling like I could take on the world, which I am well on my way to do! I couldn’t recommend Julia and her incredible therapy enough.
