I recently came across these positive steps to mental health and emotional well being and thought they made a lot of sense so I thought I'd share them. Depression, Anxiety, stress and other mental / emotional difficulties that we may try and struggle on alone with, hoping it will go away, but maybe eased by some of these:-
- Talk about your feelings
- Keep active
- Eat well
- Drink sensibly
- Keep in touch with friends, family and loved ones.
- Don't be afraid to ask for help and what you need
- Take a break
- Do something that you are good at
- Accept who you are
- Believe in what you do and honour what you do
